Yotpo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Reviews team and innovate the way thousands of brands leverage the millions of opinions shoppers contribute on products they purchase.

About the job
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for coming up with creative new ideas to expand our product and improve our customer experience. You will create product strategies consistent with the company’s vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes.
This is a key role that innovates the way brands engage with consumers post purchase, and amplifies the voice of the customer.
Perform extensive business and customer research to identify new opportunities consistent with Yotpo’s vision
Build consensus and secure support from stakeholders
Create wireframes and UX flows that will solidify these opportunities into products and features.
Work with Engineers, UX Designers, and Business Teams to design and deliver beautiful beautiful, intuitive experiences
Nurture internal relationships and drive complex, cross-functional projects
Create and manage KPIs, roadmaps, project plans, and product requirement

You also have:
At least 4 years experience working as a senior product manager in a successful startup or a top technology company
Strong business-orientation and the ability to identify opportunities
The ability to synthesize big-picture product strategy that meets customer needs; motivate and convince the organization of your strategy
Extensive experience driving both UX-intensive projects and projects that involve technical integrations
Self-organized, process-driven mindset
Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage competing priorities
Innate understanding of what it takes to craft outstanding customer experiences
Expert analytical skills with the ability to clearly and accurately communicate data insights
The ability to thrive in ambiguity and exhibit grit when faced with setbacks
