About the job

Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a versatile, passionate, and curious product manager to be a key leader in extending Twilio’s Phone Number products to International customers and own a set of innovative products and tools. You will set the vision and guide the development of a team at the heart of Twilio’s business. You will be the customer’s voice across R&D, build product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and build key measures. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds
  • You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
  • Own the roadmap, drive product strategy, and be the owner of Twilio Phone Number products. 
  • Be the voice of customers in every conversation and decision, engage with customers to understand their strategies, end-to-end business processes, struggles, and priorities to inform product strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps/managing expectations
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams to drive product and delivery success
  • Foster and facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of customers, delivery partners, and operational teams
  • Attract, develop, and retain an excellent team of product managers

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Proven record of end to end product delivery
  • Experience launched product has a large number of partners 
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Superior communication skills verbally and in writing are a must-have, including being comfortable presenting to new and existing customers

Desired:

  • Technically savvy and experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, devices, and mobility is a plus. 

Location

This role will be based in our Bogota, Colombia office. 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
