About the team
At Turo, product managers (PMs) lead the synthesis of customer feedback, data, and business goals into actionable product roadmaps that they design and develop with their team. PMs collaborate with nearly every function in the company, artfully aligning user needs with business goals to create and launch product initiatives. PMs guide the process of researching, prioritizing, building, and shipping world-class consumer products, which is central to Turo's mission of putting the world's 1.5+ billion cars to better use.
We’re seeking an exceptional senior product manager to help take our customer support experience to new heights, enabling our global community of guests and hosts to more easily and quickly get the help they need. Vital to Turo's customer experience and business alike, your team will holistically design and develop products that transform how customers resolve issues (e.g. delightful self-service experience) and engage with our support teams (e.g. modern, in-app chat). Your team will also create critical tools that allow our support teams to operate seamlessly at scale.
