WeTransfer is looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Trust & Safety, Security, and Support teams. You are an experienced product manager with an understanding of the problems and challenges that come with building a safe online community at scale. Together with the VP of Product, and cross-functional team leaders in Security, Trust & Safety, and Support - you are committed to creating safer online experiences for everyone on the WeTransfer platform.
What you'll be doing
Prioritize and manage the roadmap and implementation of WeTransfer’s detection and content moderation policies and tools.
Work with Product VP, Security, and Trust & Safety, to shape our strategy for creating a safe community on the WeTransfer platform and translate it into an actionable program with measurable outcomes
Understand the impact of Trust & Safety initiatives through platform analytics - together with the Head of Trust & Safety and data analysts - monitor our existing solutions and identify new focus areas or patterns of abuse.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (including: content policy and moderation, trust & safety, security, support, legal, analytics, engineering, and platforms) to identify, assess and resolve issues impacting trust, security, and support at WeTransfer
Align trust and safety initiatives with broader organizational objectives and define meaningful key results
Demonstrate the ability to build and revise work plans, identify and document risks, propose mitigation, and make thoughtful technical trade-offs to deliver and iterate towards key outcomes
Represent the perspective of trust, security, and support across all product experience development
Motivate and align a group of committed, intelligent people to do great work.
Qualities we'll be looking for
Strong acumen and an ability to work closely with engineering partners to devise strategies, solve for complex system interdependencies, build performant and scalable applications with solid roadmaps and priorities.
Ability to stitch together the big picture on platforms all the way out to the customer, identify cross-functional dependencies, processes and risks.
Thorough domain knowledge in at least some of the following: Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Security, and Support
Ability to establish a shared vision and priorities across organization
Comfortable leading and influencing a team without being their direct manager.
