Tilda Research, based in San Francisco, is an innovator in clinical research recruitment & execution. We build software and supporting clinical trial infrastructure to help pharmaceutical companies identify, enroll and execute clinical trials efficiently. We operate a growing network of clinical research sites in the US, and our team has worked on over 250 pan-indication Phase I thru IV studies. Our founders are successful serial entrepreneurs, with three of their past companies leading to IPOs (VMware, MobileIron) or exits (LexentBio acquired by Roche).
As a trial platform focused product manager, you will own product roadmap and delivery related to Tilda’s trial enrollment and execution products. You will play a key role in helping research sites modernize and scale their operations to manage complex and decentralized clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap, writing user stories, owning and leading feature development and delivery. You will work cross-functionally with our engineering, design, clinical operations, and data science teams to ship great products which delight our consumers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to help present Tilda product roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers.
- You balance intuition and data-driven approaches in your product research and strategy process, and are able to write user stories which are well defined and comprehensive.
- Product and design intuition: You have a high design bar and well-honed product judgement.
- Customer empathy: You can easily identify user pains, and prioritize them. You always put the customer first.
- Strategic thinker: You are not afraid to think big and deliver on bold ideas them.
- Structured decision-making and communication: You take on complex product challenges, simplify them, and communicate them to your stakeholders.
- Domestic travel, 10-20% as needed
