Working at Atlassian

Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Atlassian’s mission is to help unleash the potential of every team. Across the globe, thousands of organizations use our products to connect teams with work and unlock new levels of collaboration.

Our products are revolutionizing the software industry and helping teams collaborate and craft the magic that delivers their best work. Think NASA launching the Rover on Mars or Cochlear gifting those born deaf with the ability to hear, your work directly impacts the products they use to advance humanity!

Trello is used (and loved!) broadly, from people running their small coffee shop to planning marketing campaigns to collaborating on projects in a large, complex organization. Trello today is used in 80% of Fortune 500 companies. Join us to work with the likes of Visa, Space Force, Coinbase, Zoom, John Deere to unleash the power of Enterprise teams all over the globe.

Trello Enterprise team is composed of product managers, UX designers, data scientists and software engineers, working together to enable Trello adoption and user management in the large organizations. We work closely with our cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, customer success and support - to stay close to our customers feedback and needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, sales and marketing to form an extended “triad” and lead your team to success - in terms of not only customer & business impact, but team health & fulfillment
  • Work with designers and developers to build an understanding of customer needs, develop a product strategy, roadmap and feature requirements, and execute on that roadmap. You should be well-versed in the product development cycle starting from an idea, to exploration, to planning, to execution and measuring the impact of your work
  • Stay close to our sales and marketing teams - being the customer needs and product expert, who can support conversations with new and existing customers
  • Work closely with Trello and Atlassian leadership, the best PM's you’ll ever meet, and cross-functional teams to ensure how we collectively make experience for our customers better.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, incl. 3+ years in B2B or Enterprise software
  • Proven track record of building B2B or Enterprise products, keen understanding of SaaS business models and drivers of growth
  • True obsession for customers – you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems because it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning! You will be the voice of the customer on our team
  • Be a Master in Product Management Craft: experience in developing high-level product strategy and roadmap that can span multiple years, communicating it to executive leadership, and rallying a cross-functional team behind it
  • Be very data-informed in making strategic and roadmap decisions, always focused on measuring the impact of our work. Ability to build a compelling business case for new opportunities.
  • Experience in building relationships and influencing without authority across disciplines and at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, product leadership and users.
  • Strong sense of accountability and initiative. You take to heart our value to “be the change you seek” and don’t hesitate to take action when you believe something could be better than it is today.
Our perks & benefits

To support you at work and play, our perks and benefits include ample time off, an annual education budget, paid volunteer days, and so much more.
