  • Align and connect with cross company partners and executives on pivotal initiatives.
  • Slice and dice data and contextualise it towards rapid growth.
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog.

  • Shipped sophisticated technical integrations, accompanying UX from beginning to end, providing iterations to improve the next project.
  • Collaborated and delivered clear and concise communications across all levels (product, design, engineering and product-marketing counterparts), and negotiated with executives and partners.
  • Creative fresh ideas and an appetite to test them and see the results. Data-centric; a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact.

  • User insight and experience with running in-person user tests. Worked closely with sales teams, partnering with customers and translating feedback.
  • Recorded product videos or demoed their work to large audiences. Experience in product discovery, and a data and customer-centric approach that will push our product direction forward.
  • Worked on a successful hyper-local or global marketplace. As the focus of this area is global there could be occasional early or late meetings to work closely with our globally distributed teams.

Benefits:

  • Mental Health Well-being: 6 company paid therapy sessions, subscription to a meditation app, wellbeing speaker series and resources.
  • Annual Health and Wellness Reimbursement.
