What will be your role? ⭐

As a Senior Product Manager at PayFit, you work in one of our tribes with an empowered team of designers and engineers, to imagine and build PayFit's future user experiences. Reporting to one of the Product Directors, you take an active part in the discussions on PayFit's strategy and product roadmap. You are also responsible for the quality of the product put into production, as your goal is to simplify payroll for SMBs and enable employers and employees to grow together.

As a Senior Product Manager, you are the user advocate of your team, always putting the client's best interest at the heart of every initiative you undertake, to make the PayFit experience delightful and memorable. 

You also work closely with various stakeholders in the business and operations teams, and make sure every valuable insight is properly collected and analyzed so that we put our focus on the right problems at the right moment.

Your missions:

 As a Senior Product Manager of the Time Off squad, your goal is to create and develop a unique, yet simple and intuitive experience, to foster both admins' and employees’ autonomy when dealing with Absences. In order to deliver on this challenging scope, you will:

·Explore and understand the needs and goals of PayFit customers in collaboration with User Researchers, Product Marketing, Growth teams, Customer Success and Product data analysts.
·Make up strong convictions, backed with quantitative and qualitative data on what PayFit’s priority should be within the absence vertical-
·Define your squad’s strategy and roadmap. Build with focus, fail fast and measure success, while always identifying opportunities to create higher impact.
·Build delightful experiences based on emotions in collaboration with Product Designer Team Lead and Contributors.
·Be a pillar of the Time Off squad triforce; partner with your Design and Engineering counterparts to ensure your team is on track for success, and communicate explicitly on outcomes, outputs, risks and costs.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager (building and improving B2B SaaS products is a plus)
  • You are super autonomous but you also know how to work in a team
  • You have a track record of successful collaboration with engineering and design teams
  • You bleed for user experience and data-informed decisions
  • You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • You have strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills
  • You are driven by impact; you know how to set concrete objectives for your own team, directly derivativing from company OKRs
  • You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment (Spanish, Italian, German or French is a plus)
  • You crave great product narratives and you can inspire people
  • You have excellent communication skillsYou want to be part of a unique adventure: create one of the biggest and most efficient product organization across Europe
