Senior Product Manager, Team job at Dropbox

Role Description

Teams Sharing is a critical investment area for Dropbox’s long-term growth, focused on driving the expansion and conversion-retention of self-serve teams, in order to incrementally grow revenue for the next several years. The area is centered in Dropbox Core, with multiple sub-teams contributing to aspects of team organization and long-term success. The opportunity is to inflect Dropbox’s business outcomes in our largest Business segment, self-serve teams – success in this role will both create business outcomes and better customer outcomes. This work will be extremely results- and metrics-oriented, and will have executive and Staff visibility.

Responsibilities

As Senior PM, you will define the product strategy and roadmap for a team within Teams Sharing
This team aims to expand the use cases that Dropbox Business solves
You will drive validating a direction and then executing on it
The solution will likely involve changes across Dropbox, so you will be collaborating across the org to deliver results

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated experience defining product strategy

Customer-driven approach embodied in past work
Strong ability to understand data and connect it to business outcomes
Learning-driven approach to navigate an ambiguous area

Experience with cross-functional collaboration with design, research, data scientists, and engineers
Experience with cross-team collaboration across the org
