Senior Product Manager

Title: Senior Product Manager - Platform Core Group 

Location: Romania, Israel, UK, US or Canada (Remote or Hybrid)

All roles listed as ‘remote’ are available as remote within the same country. Your regular workday must start no earlier than 9AM UK and no later than 9AM US/Eastern.

We’re looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to shape the way developer-first security products, features and integrations are built by Snyk and our community of customers, partners and developers.

You will own the product definition, along with the strategy, roadmap and execution of key product initiatives and associated outcomes in the Platform Core team covering areas that manage and secure our customers’ application components, as well as primitives and APIs that are extensible to Snyk’s products and the developer ecosystem. 

You’ll spend your time:

• Own the product vision and roadmap of enabling our users to manage and secure their application components
• Align on product vision and roadmap with cross-functional, divisional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Execute the roadmap in a highly collaborative, fast-paced and autonomous balanced team environment with a diverse group of engineers, designers and product analysts
• Understand the product domain by researching how developers are thinking about and integrating security into their day to day workflows
• Gather requirements and user feedback by talking to customers and collaborating with product researchers to understand user needs
• Research, analyze and understand the market and the competitive and partnership landscapes
• Define product metrics to measure success and make data-driven product decisions
• Mentor other product managers in the organization and level up the product management craft at Snyk
• Communicate your teams' work internally and externally, including to executive leadership

You should apply if you have:

• Demonstrable experience working in an end user facing product management role in some or all of B2B SaaS companies, demonstrating career growth
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from 0 to 1 to users and scaling the products
• Demonstrated decision making in an ambiguous environment evaluating cost, value, risk, and opportunity
• Have proven strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills
• Have extensive experience working closely with engineering and design
• Have experience working in a fast-paced, empowered, distributed environment that respects the team, our customers, and our partners
• Can successfully communicate and drive alignment across different functions, teams and senior leadership
• Are happy to travel at least once a quarter (under usual circumstances) to gather feedback from our users and to spend time working face-to-face with other colleagues that aren’t colocated with you
• Preferably have a technical background
