Who you are:

Fivestars by SumUp is seeking an experienced and hands-on Sr Product Manager who has a passion for world-class consumer products and who is excited about being impactful by driving key initiatives as we scale rapidly. These focus on loyalty, messaging, and our enterprise offerings. 

What you’ll do:

• Play a key role in owning the vision for our core product
• Help design and drive Architecture to scale our loyalty products from national to global.  
• PRD for Global CRM backend plan
• Drive cross-team communication and alignment
• Become an expert in messaging 
• Build and execute a long term plan for Messaging or our Enterprise strategy
• Collaborate with our partners at Bandwidth to ensure message reliability
• Collaborating with other PMs to determine needs for Loyalty APIs

What we're looking for:

• We want someone who is comfortable with backend technologies, a strong communicator and a strategic thinker. Ideally this person will be immersed in Messaging technologies already and will help us keep a pulse on new regulations and potential features
• Experience working with APIs and databases
• Fluent in Agile
• Organized
• Data driven
• Relentlessly resourceful
