Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager on the Online Store team, you will work on initiatives aimed at helping our merchants take their sales to the next level and making it easier along the way. Your primary goal will be to improve the onboarding and set up of the Online Stores and make the process as easy and efficient as possible.

Focusing on the Online Store’s experience, you’ll play a key part in driving the roadmap for future product developments in this area, working to create a better shopping experience.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and QA. 
• Develop and own your team's strategy and help set a long-term roadmap for the Online Store growth and onboarding.
• Help with defining, planning, and driving large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Own the future development course of the Online Store sign-ups, growth, and onboarding based on data, experiments, and feedback from end customers and merchants. 
• Execute the previously established strategy with the help of the development team, designers, and engineering manager.

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You have commercial experience as a Product Manager (3+ years) and have overseen products developments through their entire lifecycle
• You have experience working in the e-commerce space
• You are a data-driven person
• You have experience in product growth
• You have experience in creating roadmaps and strategy
• You are a team player and have experience working with cross-functional teams
• You have excellent communication skills and have experience managing multiple stakeholders of varying levels
• You are adept at identifying and solving problems and enjoy making improvements to the product as well as processes
