Are you a strategic product leader with a passion for innovation and a track record of driving successful product launches? We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to take the helm of the SumUp consumer app, an ecosystem super app used by millions across 7 countries. You will lead the global expansion of the app to all key SumUp markets, playing a pivotal role in shaping its future.

What you’ll do:

  • Global Product Expansion: Spearhead the worldwide rollout of the SumUp consumer app, ensuring seamless integration of SumUp’s portfolio of products
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior through funnel analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in merchant lead acquisition channels, driving data-informed product enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, aligning the app's development with the needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead discovery of key problem spaces to deeply understand problems to be solved. Manage the entire lifecycle of the consumer app, from initial concept and launch to continuous optimization, expansion, and feature enhancement.
  • Product Prioritization Juggle sprint plans to continuously deliver small items as well as the big rocks.

  • Proven Product Leadership: Have a strong history of driving product strategy and execution from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Strategic Visionary: Possess strong business acumen and the ability to balance competing priorities while building consensus among diverse, global stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Innovator: Are a self-motivated, results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Effective Communicator: Excel in fast-paced environments, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mobile App Expertise: Have experience delivering a consumer-facing mobile app, ideally across multiple markets. Bonus points if your app connected merchants to consumers.
