Senior Product Manager (SPM Mac & Mobile)

•Build, own, and execute on product roadmap for current and future products. 

•Work closely with key stakeholders (customer support, customer success, sales, etc.) and/or key customers to understand customer needs and priorities. 

•Translate customer and market needs into well-documented, prioritized requirements and product strategy.  

•Own and maintain product backlog.

•Understand the product vision and strategy and execute on work that supports this vision and strategy. 

•Drive product development with offshore development team resources. 

•Complete product launch activities including but not limited to product demos, product training, knowledge base article creation, etc.

•Act as Product SME by helping sales close deals by responding to RFP’s in a timely manner. 

•Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to maintain a deep understanding of who the customer is, how they use the product(s) and their needs. 

•Define success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies. 

•Work on adhoc projects as needed.

• 3+ years of Product Management experience and 5+ years professional work experience.

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills. 

• Hands on experience with software product management and mobile applications.

• Strong requirement management skills including feature prioritization and requirement writing/elicitation.

• test criteria, requirement grooming, use cases, user journeys, mock-ups, etc. 

• Proficient user of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.

• Strategic and tactical mindset. Builds a well thought out product roadmap and executes on the roadmap accordingly.

• Adaptability, able to work effectively through uncertainty.

• Strong prioritization and time management skills - ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

• Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong facilitation, prioritization, negotiation and influencing skills.

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage work efficiently and effectively.

• Ability to work independently but is also a collaborative team player.

• Ability to establish authentic, productive relationships across various business organizations.

• Tracks product performance, customer data, creates metrics with an ability to define success criteria for new features. 

• Act as a product evangelist by educating others on product use cases, influencing people to use or try the product or train others on how to use the product.

Salary range:

WA: base salary range of $125,000 to $135,000 plus discretionary 10% bonus

CA, NYC, and NJ: base salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 plus discretionary 10% bonus

CO:  base salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 plus 10% plus discretionary 10% bonus

Ithaca NY, Westchester County NY: base salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 plus discretionary 10% bonus

Salary range for other states: depending on experience and local market rate.
