Roblox Chat now allows users to communicate by speaking with others in experiences. Players communicate on Roblox with voice as naturally as they do in the physical world. Safety remains key to this growing feature. The Senior Product Manager, Social Communication Safety will lead a team accelerating the automation of Voice safety and improving tools for our Voice safety moderators. This role reports to Principal Product Manager, Social Communication.
You Will:
- Prepare and manage product requirements from conception to launch
- Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and product owners to lead the planning and execution of complex product requirements
- Lead product definition of AI/ML tools to automate identification of high-confidence cases to proactively detect, prevent and respond to abuse reports
- Lead product definition of improve internal tools to elevate moderators' work
- Rapidly iterate based on product experiments
You Are:
- Technical, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product design and management
- Experienced in building platforms
- Experienced in running product experiments and data-driven decision making
- Experienced in building ML solutions
- Experienced in defining and developing user-generated content (UGC) moderation or content lifecycle management products
- Passionate about Trust & Safety with experience supporting Operations teams
- Able to work onsite in our San Mateo office on a hybrid basis (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
