As Senior Product Manager, Social Coexperience, you will establish our strategy to allow friends and communities to experience Roblox together, and you'll lead a product team to accomplish this vision. This includes building capabilities such as the ability to join and navigate across Roblox with friends and groups. As a product leader, you will ensure your team has a well defined vision, strategy, goals, and execution approach to be successful. You will align broader Roblox team members including company leadership around your team's vision. You report to the Social Product Management team.

Required skill sets for this role:
- 5+ years product management experience
- Experience developing product vision & strategy
- Experience working with analyst team to size opportunity and prioritize top coexperience levers
- Experience with product experimentation and iteration
- Executive presence, distill complex problems into simple frameworks and communicate clearly
- Experience building social and coexperience products (e.g., video calling, social gaming, messaging, or copresence systems) a plus
