About Snowplow

Snowplow, the leader in next-generation customer data infrastructure (CDI), empowers data-driven organizations to own and unlock the full potential of their customer behavioral data.

The Snowplow platform fuels AI, advanced analytics, and personalized experiences by enabling companies like Burberry, Strava, and Auto Trader to collect, manage, and operationalize real-time event data from their central data platform of choice. This empowers analytics, data science, product, and marketing teams to gain deeper insights into customer journeys, predict behaviors, deliver unique customer experiences, and detect fraud.

With thousands of companies relying on Snowplow worldwide, we are at the forefront of transforming how data-driven organizations leverage their customer behavioral data.

Following our $40 million Series B funding led by global venture capital firm NEA, known for investments in Databricks, MongoDB, and Elastic, we are seeking creative and innovative individuals to help us shape the future of Snowplow.

The opportunity:

We can help our customers execute AI on customer data much more effectively, if we can design workflows and functionality into our product that enable our customers to more easily and more effectively govern their behavioral data as part of managing that data, something they are already doing today.

We already provide tooling that makes it easier for our customers to define the data they want to collect and put that live, and manage and monitor the quality of it. But there is a lot more we believe we can do to make the data easier to manage, to help compliance officers understand what is being collected and how it is being used, and to help different stakeholders at our customers discover the data and then use it to power next generation data applications, including genAI powered applications.

● Use that understanding to develop a roadmap, and test that with that broad set of stakeholders
● Drive the delivery of that roadmap in collaboration with design and engineering
