Our solution provides them with an all-in-one platform to manage their practice, and the tools and resources to thrive as a practitioner and as a business owner.

The Role

SimplePractice is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead innovation and development of documentation automation products. You will make a meaningful impact for clinicians by developing automated tooling that will save them time with administrative tasks to spend more time with clients. An ideal candidate has experience delivering products from zero to one, an interest and understanding of innovative technology and how it can shape modern products, plus a keen focus on solving problems for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends in technology, opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and adding customer value
  • Deeply understand customers, their needs, and ensure products deliver exceptional value
  • Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly
  • Closely monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of product development experience including strategic product vision and zero to one product development
  • A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights
  • Understanding and interest in AI products and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • A passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable to surprise and delight customers
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
