The team
Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position
As the Product Manager, you develop the roadmap, vision, definition, design and deliver the underlying platform systems and applications necessary to support continued system scale, a broadening product portfolio, the basis for new innovative product capabilities, and improve operational efficiencies related to these industries. Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Director – Product Management and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities
• Support the development of the vision, strategy and roadmap for DocuSign Notary product suite; evangelize across the team and company
• Collate and prioritize requirements for a growing product suite serving a highly regulated environment
• Work cohesively with engineering and design leaders across the team, finding simple solutions to complex problems
• Partner with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure product ships on time and to quality
• Identify cross-team dependencies that may inhibit desired end result, work with other product managers to find resolution in execution and priority
• Be the industry expert, drive insights on the markets and segments in which these applications compete; stay on top of industry trends, events, and channels to anticipate customer needs and landscape changes
• Have deep knowledge of our customers, leverage primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of customers across their lifecycle, from awareness to renewal and expansion
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and product team leadership to continually improve reception, adoption of product offerings
• Review existing processes, identify gaps, recommend improvements and implement changes

Basic qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years related experience with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in technical product management for enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
• Direct experience using iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
• Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products
• Familiar with Google suite

• Experience brining new solutions to market
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to collaborate and influence a wide range of cross-functional teams and leaders
•Great communication skills and a talent for making complex things understandable
• A solution-focused problem solver who’s as comfortable strategizing and leading as diving into the details of getting solutions built, tested and launched
• Knows how to get things done; execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively; product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, prod dev process; stakeholder management
• Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products
• Familiar with Google suite

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
