About the role:

As the Senior Product Manager for our Customer Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the top of Clutch’s customer funnel.   You will focus on increasing our website traffic, assisting our customers with navigating the Clutch landscape and ensuring our customers can find the right car for them.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the digital product experience that guides customers through our home page, search results and vehicle display page.
  • Determine and clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.
  • Lead and align cross-functional partners and teams or engineers, designers, analysts, and operations to drive a shared vision.
  • Work with highly capable developers to ship incremental value to our customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize what to do (and what not to do), using quantitative and qualitative measures tied to company objectives.
  • Utilize multivariate testing and other data sources to drive product decisions.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 4-6 years of experience in product management focused on eCommerce technology and purchase conversion.
  • Experience developing, coordinating and leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies and taking products from concept to launch.
  • A track record of being an analytical problem solver that demonstrates data driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Genuine user empathy and passion for solving their most complex problems.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and doing whatever it takes to ensure your product and team are successful.
