Senior Product Manager - Shop Tracking - Remote (EMEA)

The Shop team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Tracking, one of the core experiences within Shop. The Shop Tracking team is responsible for building a reliable and timely package tracking experience for shoppers around the world.

What will you do?

• You'll define long-term product strategy for Tracking in the Shop app and identify new opportunities to improve the end-to-end experience.

• You'll motivate and influence senior leadership, key stakeholders, drive buy-in for your ideas, and tell exceptional stories around why and what we should build into Shop Tracking.

• You'll define success metrics for your product area, and drive alignment for all product efforts to those measures.

• Experience defining, building, and shipping complex products at scale.

• Experience collaborating with and inspiring designers, developers, marketers, and customers in an agile environment.

• Experience creating and iterating product roadmaps.

• Ability to define and prioritize multiple initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex, technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent data skills, and the ability to drive understanding of product performance through product analytics.

• An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done.

• A talent for storytelling.

• Technical background - experience in engineering, data science, or an undergrad degree in a technical field.
