The role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be at the centre of all the activity at Sequence, helping us build one of the best, most innovative fintech platforms of all time.

Working directly with the Founders and wider Engineering team, you will be responsible for identifying user problems, defining new opportunities and shipping new product features that will delight our customers.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute our product roll-out strategy for new features.

  • Whiteboard new user experiences and optimise the flows.

  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations and effectively prioritise the product roadmap.

  • Design wireframes and mockups to communicate solutions with Engineering and Design teams.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to move a proposition from an initial concept through the various new product development stages to delivery and launch.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand user needs and industry trends, creating processes to incorporate feedback and quickly capture learnings to adapt the product for future releases.

  • Communicate constantly and deliver product vision across the company.

  • Refine and improve the product using a range of best practice techniques and emerging technologies with a focus on delivering a product that offers a differentiated and unique, quality user experience.

Who you'll be

  • You bring solid experience building products for business and developer-focused products in big tech companies, working in payments, fintech products.

  • You have got your hands dirty shipping features across various platforms.

  • You have a true delivery mindset, with demonstrable experience of increasing velocity and engagement within your teams.

  • You have experience in building products and experiences at scale.

  • You have previous experience conducting focus groups sessions and facilitating workshops with users and other stakeholders.

  • You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You are empathetic to the problems our users face and are constantly learning and proposing increasingly new ways we could solve them.
