As Senior Product Manager, Seller Experience, you will take charge of critical platforms, crafting a strategic roadmap, and leading a talented cross-functional team to drive scalable growth. You will be empowered to work with engineers, designers, and product marketers to define the product roadmap, drive strategy, prioritize and execute improvements. As a critical member of our organization, you will have exposure to senior leadership and have the opportunity to shape our overall product strategy and impact our business goals.

What you’ll do

  • Create and lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of the seller experience product features. 
  • Drive product development from concept to experiment to launch.
  • Define requirements, goals and success metrics for respective product launches.
  • Integrate user research, market analysis, and analytics into product requirements.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to build and iterate on key features.
  • Partner with a wide range of stakeholders and serve as a cross-functional leader to drive new product initiatives that impact our business objectives, which include increasing supply, seller engagement and maximizing seller success.
  • Effectively communicate the seller roadmap and set clear expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Understand our sellers, their business workflows and pain points, through research, interviews and analyzing seller behavior and patterns on our marketplace. 

What you’ll bring

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in an e-commerce marketplace.
  • You have proven expertise in planning, directing, and organizing product roadmaps.
  • You have exceptional verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, with a keen understanding of the power of storytelling.
  • You are a natural collaborator who knows how to drive effective decision-making.
  • You have strong problem-solving ability, capable of breaking down complex issues and effectively communicating across different functions to identify potential solutions.
  • You are proficient in analytical skills, including SQL, to analyze data to find feature opportunities and evaluate feature performance while making informed tradeoffs.

Our overall compensation package is made of several parts, base compensation being one of them. Tri-State Pay Range
$170,000$195,000 USD
