As Senior Product Manager, Seller Experience, you will take charge of critical platforms, crafting a strategic roadmap, and leading a talented cross-functional team to drive scalable growth. You will be empowered to work with engineers, designers, and product marketers to define the product roadmap, drive strategy, prioritize and execute improvements. As a critical member of our organization, you will have exposure to senior leadership and have the opportunity to shape our overall product strategy and impact our business goals.
What you’ll do
- Create and lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of the seller experience product features.
- Drive product development from concept to experiment to launch.
- Define requirements, goals and success metrics for respective product launches.
- Integrate user research, market analysis, and analytics into product requirements.
- Work closely with design and engineering to build and iterate on key features.
- Partner with a wide range of stakeholders and serve as a cross-functional leader to drive new product initiatives that impact our business objectives, which include increasing supply, seller engagement and maximizing seller success.
- Effectively communicate the seller roadmap and set clear expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
- Understand our sellers, their business workflows and pain points, through research, interviews and analyzing seller behavior and patterns on our marketplace.
What you’ll bring
- You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in an e-commerce marketplace.
- You have proven expertise in planning, directing, and organizing product roadmaps.
- You have exceptional verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, with a keen understanding of the power of storytelling.
- You are a natural collaborator who knows how to drive effective decision-making.
- You have strong problem-solving ability, capable of breaking down complex issues and effectively communicating across different functions to identify potential solutions.
- You are proficient in analytical skills, including SQL, to analyze data to find feature opportunities and evaluate feature performance while making informed tradeoffs.
