About the role
The self-serve team is in charge of driving product-led growth for MetaMap as we scale across product verticals, industries, and geographies. We make help prospects and customers meet their business objectives by simplifying how they can understand, evaluate, integrate, and activate our products.
We’re looking for a product manager who can work autonomously to set a strong vision, drive alignment across the company and all product teams, and build frictionless and effective self-serve experiences for merchants to onboard, integrate, and activate with MetaMap.
Drive growth of SMB merchants using self-serve strategies
Set a vision for best-in-class frictionless and delightful onboarding and activation experiences
Work closely with our customer success, engineering, and design teams and to research problems and develop solutions
Partner with sales, finance, ops to roll out integrated, cohesive, and scalable self-serve processes and experiences
Work autonomously and take ownership of a driving forward the self-serve objective for the company
Skills & Experience
3+ years of product management experience
5+ years of total work experience with solving complex problems at scale
Experience driving results at a PM on an agile team at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Demonstrated ability to identify problems using data-driven customer insights and implement elegant and effective solutions
Passion for MetaMap’s mission and ideally experience with our primary industries (fintech, crypto, ridesharing, HR tech)
Demonstrated ability to provide structure to ambiguous problems and drive impact in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communications in English
