We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of new products, from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.
This role requires a unique combination of high-level strategic thinking, user obsession, and focused execution. As an early member of the Secureframe team, you'll also influence team culture and how we work cross-functionally together.
We're a distributed, remote-first company (and have company retreats when possible) that cares about collaboration, ownership, and growth.

What you'll do
- Become an expert on the Secureframe product and deeply understand our customers
- Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback
- Develop a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for Secureframe's investments
- Drive execution from start to finish, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the company
- Assist with internal projects and go-to-market activities with the rest of the product team
- Be an owner
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines
- A proven track record of building products customers love and taking products from 0 to 1
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers
- Strong product discovery and research skills, especially in a 0 to 1 space
- Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a knack for tackling unexpected problems
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to grow
- Excitement for working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
