We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of new products, from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.

This role requires a unique combination of high-level strategic thinking, user obsession, and focused execution. As an early member of the Secureframe team, you'll also influence team culture and how we work cross-functionally together.

We're a distributed, remote-first company (and have company retreats when possible) that cares about collaboration, ownership, and growth.

What you'll do

Become an expert on the Secureframe product and deeply understand our customers
Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback
Develop a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for Secureframe's investments
Drive execution from start to finish, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the company
Assist with internal projects and go-to-market activities with the rest of the product team
Be an owner

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines
A proven track record of building products customers love and taking products from 0 to 1
Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers
Strong product discovery and research skills, especially in a 0 to 1 space
Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a knack for tackling unexpected problems
Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to grow
Excitement for working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
