About the Opportunity
About the Role
Our Integration Solutions team is part of our Ecosystem Solutions Product group at Salsify. Our Ecosystem Solutions team’s objective is to expand Salsify’s pipeline by empowering key partners -- System Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) -- to seamlessly integrate into our ecosystem. The Integration Solutions team’s mission is to use their expertise in building integrations with Salsify to empower internal and external partners to extend Salsify capabilities through integrations and automations, drive customer usage and adoption, and expedite time to value by providing toolkits, support, guidance, and best practices to our partners.
We are seeking a technically adept Senior Product Manager to join our team at Salsify and provide Product leadership for our Integration Solutions team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes, SaaS platform concepts, system-to-system integrations, and at least 3 years of product management experience. You will collaborate with our engineering manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Integration Solutions team, while also building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Managing Integration Solutions team backlog and roadmap
- Consistent engagement with the Integration Solutions team through regular Stand Ups, Refinement, Sprint Planning, and other day-to-day work
- Providing directional guidance to the engineering team via clear definition of Product requirements, objectives, and user scenarios
- Thoughtful leadership around processes and ways of working for a successful Product-oriented R&D team
- Developing expertise in customer/partner processes and integration needs
- Executing Partner/Customer discovery and integration definition with highly technical audiences
- Setting and championing the vision, strategy, and 12+ month roadmap for Integration Solutions
- Building relationships with key external partners, and internally with our Customer Success, Partner Success, Sales, Marketing, Support, and other R&D teams
- Identifying Integration Solutions and partner integration needs and leveraging relationships to advocate for those requirements
- Aligning Integration Solutions R&D with Salsify growth goals
- Driving adoption of the broader Salsify platform
- Identifying sales productivity opportunities for the go-to-market team
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners on key decisions
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- At least 3 years of product management experience or relevant experience
- Strong technical skillset and ability to converse with developer personas to execute discovery
- Passion for product leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to prioritize investments and focus on the appropriate time horizon
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to distill customer/partner feedback into clear product direction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience with data-driven decision-making
- Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new ideas and approaches
- Enthusiasm for the value and impact of the team's work and the ability to act as a product advocate.
