At TIDAL, we’re focused on economic empowerment for artists, and a foundational element is how artists are paid. We are looking for a seasoned and analytical product manager to lead product development for TIDAL’s Royalties teams. In this role, you’ll be defining product strategy, aligning data structures and leading development for payment and reporting of royalties to rights holders. You will work closely with engineering, business affairs & licensing, analytics, artist product, and finance functions to build these products and processes. You will be expected to deeply understand and manage requirements, manage and influence stakeholders, and to effectively prioritize opportunities and resources.
As an early member of this Royalties Product team, you will help define and scale the function, including defining best practices and contributing to TIDAL’s product culture. This role reports to the Royalties lead
This role is remote-friendly (U.S. only).
You Will:
Define product strategy:
Identify and align requirements for making Royalties data an asset to our Artists
Use artist and fan data insights to inform features and development related to streaming and other payouts
Reflect an understanding and empathy for artists as well as other key players in the music creation and distribution ecosystem, with a passion for improving their economic outcomes
Manage a broad set of internal stakeholders to ensure we are building the right products, tracking the right success metrics, and communicating developments
Drive execution:
Define, document, and communicate objectives, product requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases
Partner with engineering, business analytics & licensing, finance functions and analytics to develop and communicate a clear roadmap while executing on initiatives from ideation through delivery
Collaborate with other PMs and internal functions for sequencing and dependency management
Work cross-functionally with our business affairs, label & artist relations, and customer success, teams to identify pain points and determine high-impact opportunities to drive third party relationships

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $167,300 - USD $204,500
Zone B: USD $158,900 - USD $194,300
Zone C: USD $150,600 - USD $184,000
Zone D: USD $142,200 - USD $173,800
