We are looking for a product thinker and doer to join the product team at Ro Fertility. Ro Fertility encompasses Ro’s holistic suite of fertility offerings – including the Modern Fertility Hormone Test, Ro Sperm Kit, and OTC products. You are a strategic thinker who will contribute to the overall strategy of the business, knit together the patient experience, and identify new areas for growth. You are also a passionate executor who will lead a cross-functional team in day-to-day building, experimenting, and optimizing. 

You will work closely with peers in Operations, Marketing & Growth, and Clinical – all focused on Ro Fertility – as a full time member of the Ro Fertility team. You will also directly report into the Group Product Manager, Ro Fertility and collaborate with peers across other business units and product teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead key projects for Ro’s suite of fertility offerings – spanning at-home diagnostics, telemedicine, and OTC products
  • Prioritize and execute on levers to achieve product-market fit for new initiatives, optimize existing products and services, and build engagement and cross-pollination for current members
  • Lead a cross-functional team of product designers, engineers, and analysts from product vision and strategy to sprint / cycle planning
  • Collaborate closely with leaders on the Operations, Marketing & Growth, and Clinical functions to improve the patient experience and drive business results

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of product management experience 
  • Successful track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy for a product area, and consistently delivering on OKRs
  • Passion for breaking down complex problems into simple solutions and making data-driven decisions
  • User intuition and product sense that allows you to determine what will work for the user and most effectively move the metrics
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills: Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
  • Experience navigating organizational & technical complexity (e.g., supporting products on multiple stacks, participating in tech integrations)
