Senior Product Manager - Risk & Fraud Products

Your Day-to-Day

• Your work will directly contribute to the rapid growth of Imprint financial services
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (such as Risk, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Finance, Compliance) to set a strategy and clear goals to prevent fraud, credit abuse, and build trust with our merchant partners and end consumers, while staying hyper focused on improving the user experience
• Execute on the strategy by implementing end to end solutions to address problems related to credit and fraud risk while navigating global regulations
• Proactively measure results and identify key areas of risk and opportunity to mitigate losses, reduce manual effort, and simplify the CX across our suite of financial products and services
• Have a high deal of control over the planning and intake of your projects to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to standards
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer goals
• Influence, interface, and partner with all levels of the Imprint business leadership to drive buy-in for your ideas

We Are Looking For Folks With

• Expertise in risk management (areas such as ACH abuse, credit underwriting, transaction decision engines, first and third party fraud)
• Strong sense of customer empathy and awareness of customer needs
• Excited about making recommendations and taking action amidst ambiguity or imperfect data sets
• Ability to self service when it comes to data. Proficiency with SQL is expected as well as experience with BI tools like Looker and Tableau
• Experience leading products that require tight coordination of many stakeholders and making decisions in difficult situations
• Experience serving as a thought leader to drive tech focused solutions, optimization, and innovation in the Risk <> Product space
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in a highly cross functional role in a related technical industry
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills - particularly communicating tradeoffs, recommendations, and key metrics and outcomes to stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
• Experience building scalable solutions - since we are growing quickly!
