If you’re our ideal candidate, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a product strategy for sales, while also closely collaborating with our engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to deliver features to market. Along the way, you’ll help define, validate, and design solutions as you interact with prospects and customers, gather data, and make decisions based on this data.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and oversee product roadmaps and feature sets, based on group strategy and vision
  • Drive activation, engagement, and retention of sales teams by continuously delivering impactful products
  • Own our sales vertical’s customer experience
  • Manage multiple channels of product inputs, including support, customer feedback, enhancement requests, and vision
  • Align roadmaps with business and product visions
  • Define and analyze metrics
  • Track performance of new features and their effect on key product metrics and your team’s KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Develop detailed business requirements and user stories
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and business requirements
  • Create buy-in for your vision across the Product team and with key stakeholders across the company
  • Smoothly drive product/feature launches
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

About you:

  • Devoted to delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping companies solve efficiency issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging with and influencing senior management
  • Experienced in overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experienced in feature delivery of a product
  • At least 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Experienced in end-to-end product delivery
  • Scrum and agile-based B2B SaaS product management experience
  • Can work independently with minimal direction, while being a great team player
  • Experienced in funnel analytics tools such as Amplitude
  • Embraces ambiguity, prioritizes efficiently, communicates early and directly, and ultimately gets the job done
  • Smart decision-maker and proactive leader for your team
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
