Senior Product Manager, Restaurants

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our Core Product & Platform team and enhance Tripadvisor’s Restaurants experience. In particular, you will be responsible building a world class experience to help locals and travelers find the best places to eat and drink on Tripadvisor.. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to help optimize a product used by millions of users daily. You will work closely with a team of passionate engineers, designers and researchers to develop and execute on this strategy, and partner with product and business leads on both consumer and supply side to build a sustainable growth model.

What You’ll Do

• Help to shape and deliver the Restaurants consumer product roadmap. 
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams align on the product vision, and ensure our Restaurants strategy aligns with and contributes to broader company goals.
• Leverage user research and competitive benchmarking to deliver a world-class user experience with a laser focus on native application best practices, standards and capabilities. 
• Develop written requirements and define success metrics and associated use-cases for new projects, shepherding projects from ideation to test results analysis and iteration. 
• Identify, execute and communicate opportunities in the existing product flow with rigorous A/B testing to support the business plan. 
• Partner with B2B, Data science/ML, UX/Design and Analytics to own, measure and influence key user metrics. 

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 
• 5+ years experience of consumer-focused (B2C) web products preferred.
• Experience in direct user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis. 
• Familiarity with user-centric product design and feature definition. 
• Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. 
• Interest in contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences at different seniority levels.
