About the role
You will be the product manager for Restaurant Order Management Technology. Our Restaurant Order Management Technology is used by a wide range of our restaurant partners to ensure that their online orders receive the same level of service as their dine in.
By improving interactions with the kitchen, you will help customers enjoy their desired order without missing items or mistakes, every time. You will also help riders enjoy shorter wait times by having an impact on the accuracy of rider arrival, collection and delivery.
In particular, you will lead the strategy and delivery of our In-Restaurant Hardware (and apps) and White Label API products, which helps partners manage orders either within their own in-restaurant technology or through the technology we have built.
This role is based in our London office and will report to the Group Leader for Order Management. We operate on a hybrid working model.

Requirements
Excellent strategic thinking, with a track record in taking an ambiguous problem space, defining objectives, outlining various options, assessing cost and benefit and driving to a conclusion, sourcing input from others and building consensusStrong problem-solving skills, ideally with autonomy with quantitative tools (Looker) to produce basic product analysis and independently evaluate success of initiativesExperience working as a product manager and following agile product development principles; B2B experience preferredAbility to develop strong working relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders, build cross-functional alignment and maintain focus throughout executionAbility to prioritise ruthlessly, unlock value in an iterative way and with a focus on the fastest route to marketClear written and verbal communication, with an ability to synthesise technical topics to a business audience, including to senior stakeholders
Customer-centric thinking, with a track record of deploying the right user research methodologies to generate new and surprising customer insights that change our approach
Relevant domain expertise such as experience working with B2B Hardware, Software and APIs, or food delivery will be a great advantageDemonstrated track record of working in high performing teams that celebrate differences and foster entrepreneurship and innovation
