Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global network that includes OpenTable and KAYAK's portfolio of travel brands including Swoodoo, checkfelix, momondo, Cheapflights, Mundi and HotelsCombined.

Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture. You’ll work in a welcoming and inclusive environment, and get the benefits, flexibility, and support you need to succeed.

The Opportunity:

The OpenTable Product Team is dedicated to empowering restaurants to provide great dining experiences to diners around the globe. Our OpenTable consumer products are depended on by millions of diners to find and enjoy great restaurants - we create the connections between diners and restaurants.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to prioritize and lead initiatives in our Integrations space, as well as set the vision, strategic direction, and roadmap for the Menus product on the OpenTable platform! Integrations and Menus are central to the diner experience and restaurants’ hospitality and pivotal to our long-term vision to drive commerce in restaurants. This individual will work directly with a strong development team to ship extraordinary features and collaborate with partners from all over the company.

To support the focus of this global product area, there could be occasional early or late meetings to work closely with our globally distributed teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the vision and roadmap through a deep understanding of our customer and business objectives
  • Lead the identification of user problems, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Develop and maintain deep integrations with external partners
  • Align and communicate with cross-company partners and executives on critical initiatives
  • Slice and dice data and contextualize it toward rapid growth
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • Partner with UX and Engineering partners on discovery and development tracks
  • Communicate regularly with restaurants and diners, and use emotional intelligence to identify any new needs or problems to solve

About You:

You’re high-energy and enthusiastic about working with fast-paced teams and delivering phenomenal products! You’re experienced in launching successful products and iterating on them. You love solving complex problems in a way that is easy for customers to understand. You are motivated and passionate about results and enjoy working across multiple teams to align on goals and drive impact. You bring experience in product discovery, and a data and customer-centric approach that will push our product direction forward. You handle trade-offs between technical debt and new features, and you're eager to learn from failures - not just from successes.

Please apply if you have:

  • 5+ years in a product management role and work experience
  • Outstanding collaboration skills; ability to gain the respect of your product, design, engineering, and product marketing counterparts
  • Shipped sophisticated technical integrations, accompanying UX from beginning to end, providing iterations to improve the next project
  • Experience negotiating with executive and cross-company partners
  • Delivered clear and concise communications across all levels
  • Data-centricity; a deep curiosity for metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact
  • Creativity; you will have lots of fresh ideas and an appetite to test them and see the results
  • Experience shipping and handling full-stack products and solutions
  • Experience with agile processes and lean methodology
  • Understanding of user experience design principles

Benefits:

  • Paid Time Off - 20 days a year
  • Birthday/celebration PTO - 1 day
  • Annual company weeks off
  • Flexible sick time off
  • Paid volunteer time
  • Maternity leave - 18 weeks
  • Paternity leave - 10 weeks
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
