We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team as we turn Shop into one of the most beloved products and brands in the world. We want shoppers to be able to develop meaningful connections with the brands they love, and we believe that Shop is the answer to helping foster those relationships with the powerhouse of Shopify merchants we love and support.

At Shop, Senior Product Managers have a passion for building category defining products and leading a high velocity team that continuously raises the bar. You will be hands-on and lead this team together with your trifecta consisting of a UX- and Development manager. Constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities that serves and delights our customers and drives towards the strategic missions within Shop. Working closely with Engineering, UX, Data and other internal teams to transform the opportunity into reality through an exceptional user experience. Leveraging the success metrics and tripwires you have designed in advance to assess, iterate and improve upon the experience to ensure maximum impact.

You are an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a startup environment. You have likely founded a company before or played a key role in a fast growing startup. You have a proven track record of shipping fantastic products and getting things done at scale.

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in writing SQL 

• Experience running teams at fast growing companies

• Proven track record of having shipped impactful and high quality product initiatives

• Built a team culture of testing and learning at a fast pace

• Exceptional problem solving skills, high attention to detail, and opinionated design sense

• Great communication skills with a strong ability to align with numerous stakeholders towards a common goal
