OneStudyTeam, like Care Access, will continue to operate as a business inside Reify Health but will now do so using the OneStudyTeam name and brand to represent the business overall. What You Bring to OneStudyTeam

• At least 5 years of product management experience
• Track record of building and launching innovative products that solve complex problems
• Passion for UX and building products that customers love
• Proven ability to work with ambiguity and iterate towards more precision
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a bias towards experimentation and metrics-driven action
• Past success analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to distill high-level objectives and market feedback into clear, detailed product roadmaps and definitions
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; you are comfortable with ambiguity and find no job too big or small
