Senior Product Manager, Recruiting (Analytics)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to help take our Recruiting product to the next level by creating and executing on a holistic strategy for reporting and analytics. Translate our product vision into strategic goals for you and your team and make our customers more data driven by redesigning existing reports, creating new ones and unlocking other opportunities. You will be responsible for end to end improvement of our productwithin your team’s mission, and are a champion of your product across the organization and with customers. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with researchers, designers and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features for thousands of daily users.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Systematically analyze user feedback and usage data
• Create and align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and the respective product roadmap
• Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog. Decompose complex problems and write clear specifications
• Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities

• SaaS product management experience at a senior level, having been accountable for managing complex products end to end from discovery to delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum methodology
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Self-organised and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience in working on products focusing on analytics or reports isa big plus

• Demonstrated technical proficiency, strong analytical and data driven mindset
