ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager at Ada, you will have the opportunity to hold a tactical and strategic position to drive our Medical Platform Product (with currently 350K assessments completed each month through our app and clients solutions).

You will be responsible for continuously building a product vision while aligning company strategies and targets. Your work will focus on the medical reasoning in the backend of our app and of our client solutions. AI-powered medical reasoning is at the core of Ada’s DNA; thus you should be able to confidently prioritize and guide the delivery of our reasoning engine features within a fixed time and flexible scope environment.

You will be part of a diverse, cross-functional team, made of AI Scientists, Software Engineers, Medical knowledge engineers, Information Architects and Quality Engineers, that is always looking for the state-of-the-art technologies and techniques. Challenge and feedback are part of our daily tasks and are highly encouraged in the team. We work in an agile environment with interactive rounds and test our ideas as fast as possible – so we can learn and improve. Your ideas will be instrumental for the discussions and decisions with the team. We are not afraid to try new approaches with short interactions – we believe the more we interact, the faster we learn and the better quality we provide to all our users.

This role will help the team further develop and improve our reasoning strategy, which provides quality medical assessments to our users. Working with Jira, helping the team to understand the project requirements, aligning with the other teams, having an eye on the deadlines, and thinking agile will be part of your routine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own, define and execute on the product vision, strategy & roadmap of Medical Intelligence & Reasoning Technologies
• Perform as the Product Manager, manage and rationalize the product backlog and roadmap, together with the Engineering Managers
• Responsible for setting the right KPIs and targets for your team and driving significant impact to your customers
• Collaboratively define product features and releases with your engineering and medical counterparts
• Collaborate with the other teams and stakeholders, to ensure expectations are clearly aligned.
• Vet new ideas or features against company strategy and goals.
• Review work results based upon your pre-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with other product managers across all groups and the product leadership to deliver on the Ada value proposition
• Influence company level direction and build consensus across teams and departments
• Evangelize your teams’ vision and mission across the company and major clients and communicate effectively, plans, successes AND failures
• Nurture a hands-on data-driven experimental process by collaborating with data analysts and UX teams in order to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses and prioritize your roadmap
• Coach and mentor other product managers to help thrive and foster a strong product mindset across the other disciplines

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience in similar (Senior) Product Manager type of roles within Agile/Scrum environments, with clear track records in shipping many successful products to a significant customer base
• Experience in a fast paced Tech / Product Development start-up / scale-up
• Practical experience with design thinking and lean development.
• An entrepreneurial, can-do approach.
• Comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate priorities.
• You have an entrepreneurial, can-do approach and worked extensively with cross-functional teams
• An extensive experience driving the latest discovery methodologies ultimately leading to highly efficient and frequent feature deliveries
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and translate them into actionable insights and ultimately high potential opportunities
• Nice to have: Regulated health technology background
• Business fluent in English
