DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position may be based out of our offices in San Francisco, California.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive the product life cycle from discovery to launch for provider tools: proprietary EMR, clinical workflows, AI automations.
- Create and prioritize the product roadmap focused on provider needs.
- Break down goals into actionable user stories.
- Align strategy with OKRs and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data-analysts, clinical operations, and clinical leadership.
- Use user research and analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Lead product rollouts and provider adoption efforts.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on feedback.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strong knowledge of provider workflows and clinical operations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize for business and clinical impact.
- Experienced in cross-functional leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years experience, with 3+ years in product management, ideally in provider tools or clinical products.
- Success in areas like EMRs, clinical platforms, or provider support.
- Background in healthcare or wellness.
- Knowledge of the software development sprint process and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Figma and GitHub.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE
- Experience with startups/VC-funded environments.
- Technical and analytical knowledge, skills (e.g. SQL)
- Experience using BI tools (e.g. Looker, Amplitude) and monitoring product performance.
- Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing tools (e.g. Growthbook)
- Strong UX or Product Design background.
Compensation
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position plus generous vacation, full health benefits, and 401K with company matching. The annual salary range for a Senior Product Manager and the intermediate Product Manager is listed below:
Senior Product Manager: annual salary range of $167,000 to $200,000
Product Manager: annual salary range of $107,000 to $128,000
