What You Get to Do

This is a unique role that involves leading and growing the Identity & Access Management team and product to serve the needs of 3000+ clients. In this role, you'll define how customers bring their holistic identity into the Lattice platform, and leverage their identity to ensure they have the right data access, products, and permissions across the platform. You’ll work closely with your engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and new strategic initiatives as well as lay the groundwork for features that span small to large cross-industry clients. You'll work cross-functionally working closely with all of our product verticals and their product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that users have a cohesive identity experience. You will also work closely with your engineering and design counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature and design enhancements and strategic initiatives. This position is located Remotely and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and cross-functional products.

• Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market
• Partner with our engineering, product, and design teams across the company to ensure optimal user experience on core identity and access management features across the site
• Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch

Who You Are

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
• Experience with Identity, Access Management, Authentication, Authorization
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
