At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Join our team

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help entrepreneurs identify products they may need to build a successful online venture. You will drive platform innovation and product recommendation best practices for checkout. You will develop an inspiring product vision, derived from deeply understanding customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.

In addition, you will partner with user experience and research teams to design and implement qualitative and quantitative research to discover unmet customer needs. You will then define strategies and tactics to meet those needs, and partner with design and engineering to build and complete a roadmap of solutions. We'll count on you to independently lead ideation, alignment, delivery, and ongoing iterative improvement. We believe in data, so you’ll work closely with both analysts and researchers to demonstrate the results your creative designs deliver in both customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you’ll get to do…

  • Set a long-term product strategy and lead a cross-functional team to see it through end-to-end and achieve results at a level that matters for the business.
  • Get a shared vision of product priorities across more than own team.
  • Use research and customer listening channels to uncover customer needs.
  • Clearly define and quantify the problem to go after, including hypothesis definition on how to tackle the problem in partnership with UX designers and engineers.
  • Apply experimentation standard methodologies to launch new product features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Define and measure critical performance metrics for your product area.
  • Regularly communicate progress and results

Your experiences should include…

  • 5+ years in product management in a fast-paced online environment
  • Experience defining strategy and creating a prioritized roadmap for product areas.
  • Experience designing, running, and analyzing statistical hypothesis tests from production environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics to generate and interpret reports and visualizations.
  • Experience with writing product feature requirements; building and prioritizing backlogs
  • Experience leading a high-functioning, collaborative team of engineers.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies

We've got your back... We offer a range of benefits that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in an employee stock purchase plan, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
