Senior Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for an eager, motivated, and dynamic person who is passionate about product.

What you’ll be working on

As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll be working on a squad of amazing, empowered people who specialize in development and design. Together with your passion for business, you will collaborate throughout the development process to gather requirements and deliver polished features that customers love! In this role, you will:

• Build the bridge between our customers and development team by thoroughly doing quantitative and qualitative research, communicating product requirements, collaborating on innovative engineering solutions and clarifying the desired outcome to help maximize customer value and business impact.
• Proactively analyze and understand the major gaps and opportunities in our market through researching industry trends and customer needs.
• Act as the liaison between our business and development teams to identify market opportunities, drive the reduction in the time-to-market, and launch completed and marketable products to the end-user.
• Champion company strategy with compelling and thoughtful analysis about which are the most impactful solutions for your team to bring to market. 
• Build, manage, and maintain the product backlog, focusing on business value and priority while delivering incremental value through experimentation.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS product
• Experience working with a Product Design team and closely partnering on decisions through research and ideation phases. You are a team player. 
• A strong desire to understand the “why” behind actions and to truly understand the core problem within every opportunity. You are deeply curious by nature. 
• A portfolio of wins and losses through your experience shipping product and ability to launch and iterate on solutions to customers problems. You have a track record of shipping products that deliver business results and you can also speak to the lessons along the way.
• Ability to take initiative and work cross-functionally with teams and departments across the organization. You collaborate and hold yourself and your partners accountable. 
• Experience working in an Agile environment and proficiency in communicating the product requirements through well crafted Epics and user stories.  You bring the story and the purpose to your triad and inspire creativity and passion.
• An adaptable, humble and empathetic attitude when it comes to managing projects
• Familiarity with Accounting Systems or ERPs like Quick Books/ Xero / Netsuite etc
• Education in Computer Science or MBA is preferred
