Senior Product Manager, Pro Trading

This is a fully remote role, we have a preference for greater London area or Europe time zones, but will also consider applicants based in North America and South America.  Kraken is expanding its product team! This role will be responsible for a critical aspect of the business and will play a significant role expanding Kraken’s business, while working alongside the brightest minds in the crypto industry.   

This position will be a cornerstone of the product team, responsible for leading the development of the Kraken Pro App and the Kraken desktop experience. You will be working on a cutting edge trading UX, for products used by millions of clients to trade billions of dollars every month.  You will be responsible for coordinating a large workgroup of engineers, designers, and product managers, and you will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to define and deliver the Kraken Pro roadmap. 

The Sr. Product Manager, Pro Trading will be responsible for delivery of the Kraken Pro App and desktop trading experiences.  The ideal candidate has professional experience with trading and trading products, a detailed understanding of futures products, is data-driven, process oriented, technically adept and has a proven track record of Product Management achievement. Responsibilities include delivering the roadmap for the Pro App and desktop experience, and working with stakeholders, design, engineering, and support teams to deliver new features and product lines.   

The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Candidates must possess the ability and willingness to balance consumer needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions. They must also have exceptional Product Management skills.
