We are developing a new set of capabilities to fuel strategic planning and execution, along with introducing a fresh range of visualizations to simplify planning and prioritization. The Prioritization team is at the heart of this product innovation, and we are thrilled to announce that we are in search of a Senior Product Manager to join this team!

As a Senior Product Manager in the Prioritization team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Productboard's prioritization and planning capabilities, spanning from the strategic to the tactical level. You will also ensure that the product caters to both small and large customers with complex needs and multiple organizational levels.

On a typical day, you will ...

  • Collaborate closely with your Engineering and Design counterparts to develop solutions that are delightful while addressing complex issues.
  • Interact with customers to comprehend their requirements, explore fresh use cases, and spot new opportunities.
  • Articulate and define the vision and roadmap for the Prioritization team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, strategy, and customer needs.
  • Work in close cooperation with other product teams and go-to-market stakeholders to outline requirements, prioritize tasks, and support the promotion of new product features.
  • Establish best practices to guide customers in achieving the utmost value from Productboard and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Prioritization team, focusing on delivering value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, product marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the design and development of new features and enhancements for our existing product capabilities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and best practices, and drive their adoption within the team.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, effectively translating complex concepts into actionable implications for the business.

About you

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficient in product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and models such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques.
  • Good understanding of technology and product architecture.
  • Experience working on a complex user-facing products.
  • Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams in the enterprise software industry.
  • Skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and product analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and independent, with a passion for solving broader problems and driving company-wide impact.
  • Educational background in computer science or related practice is a plus.
