Become a part of Glovo's journey in shaping the future of city deliveries. As the Pricing Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing pricing strategies, optimizing transactional fees, and ensuring a balance between user willingness to pay and order growth across 22 countries.

Your Goals as a Pricing PM:

Strategic Pricing Enablers: Work with pricing team to build out pricing strategy, feature and toolkits for delivery fees, weather surcharges, service fees, and other transactional charges by building features and tools, that allow for a/b testing pricing parameters across different geographies to maximise willingness to pay while balancing out customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with a robust team of data scientists, business analysts, and engineers, pricing global director. Ensure all pricing changes are supported by robust data analysis, user research and a/b testing

UX & Platform Integration: Collaborate with UX teams to ensure pricing transparency and clarity for users across all platforms. Design and implement dynamic pricing models integrated seamlessly into user flows.

Be a leader of trade-offs: Ultimately this role requires you deeply understand the short-term v/s long-term trade-offs. A short term increase in profitability might hurt us in growth long-term and vice versa. So being able to master the trade-offs for each market and answer them mathematically while having a great sense of customer psychology is an art in itself.

You Have:

• 3-4+ years of relevant product experience in pricing, preferably in the tech or on-demand delivery industry.
• Enjoy data and combing through many experiments in local cities and understand trade-off s really well. You easily understand ROI framework and can express ROI by weighing trade-offs.
• Worked in pricing domain in ecommerce marketplace or an optimisation domain dealing with trade-off example include supply chain pricing, seller fullfillment pricing or consumer facing subscription products where you’ve had previous experience in pricing.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL.
• Experience in conducting A/B testing and sizing up opportunities.
• Knowledge of technical Concepts such as API, REST, DBs, and JSON.
• Proficiency in SCRUM/Kanban and working with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing models in understandable terms.
