Your future team

The current team is part of the Economy Demand Organization and works on the Platform Capabilities driving the vision for Economy. We manage Content Management Systems powering our marketing domains and the Experimentation Engine that provides tools to run personalization and experiments for non-logged in users.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Atlassian's Economy Team to improve a Predictive Analytics Platform. You will help design a data intelligence product to allow us to accelerate value creation for our global customers by helping our marketing teams run campaigns and for our users to onboard onto our products with minimum friction

What you'll do

Work with Analysts, Engineers and Data Scientists to guide the platform strategy and Technical Design
Define success metrics, track business and usage analytics
Apply Design Systems to recognize and contribute to areas of design improvement
Help design tools that aid Campaign Managers to run campaigns
Contribute to the product roadmap and set expectations with leaders
Help the team with defining success, mentor and motivate the team.
Evaluate existing problems for our Data Platform engineers and create Product improvements
Research trends, new technologies and innovations

Your background

Understanding of web architecture principles and protocols
Experience with BI or other Analytics and intelligence tools
Experience with Database Query Languages
Experience building platform services and APIs
4+ years crafting and delivering products in a product management role in the e-Commerce domain using Agile methodologies.
