We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for driving user adoption of Spotify via partnerships and product integrations. You will work with some of the world’s most innovative companies including social media platforms, online communities and entertainment companies. In your role you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that make Spotify available wherever our users are, but above all your work will improve the experience of listening to Spotify music and audio in the most effortless way possible for millions of users.
What You’ll Do
- Identify opportunities and define solutions together with business development, engineers, designers, consumer insights and analytics teams to deliver outstanding experiences to our users
- Craft, communicate, represent and debate strategies with senior team members across Spotify
- Collaborate with different parts of the organization and work across multiple different initiatives on various products with a range of domains
- Develop close working relationships with our partners and occasionally travel
- Be based anywhere in Europe with Spotify’s flexible working policy
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of documented experience in Product Management at a Senior Product Management level or above.
- You enjoy working with broad scope and bold visions
- You are driven by product performance metrics
- You are a strong strategic thinker and highly capable of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy, whether it be to a team of engineers or to senior stakeholders.
- You have a strong intuition based on a broad range of experiences, but you take a critical mind even to your own ideas and are ready to be challenged by colleagues of all levels
- You have extensive experience from successful delivery of high quality digital consumer experiences.

- Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the EMEA region in which we have a work location and is within working hours.
- Working hours? We operate within the Central European and GMT time zones for collaboration and ask that all be located that time zone.
