Our Mission

We imagined a world where everyone could manage their finances simply. An app that could get people saving and investing with the help of automation. So we've built it. Now, Plum lets customers across 10 different countries handle all their money needs in a single place. In 5 years, we’ve grown from 2 co-founders sharing a rusty desk in Soho, to a brilliant, hard-working team of 150+, with offices in London (HQ), Athens and Nicosia.

As you can see, we’ve been busy - but there’s still plenty of exciting projects in the pipeline and we could use a little help. That’s where you come in!

The Team: We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team in London. You’ll be working to help us add new features at Plum, for our users in the UK and Europe.

The Role

You’ll be expected to deeply understand how users think about money, build features that align to Plum's strategy and vision, to help our customers achieve their wealth goals and to solve customer problems. This role will take on core experience for our savings product and will drive strategy and experience for it. Your goal is to enable people to save even more!Ideally You Will

• Set the strategy and vision for the products that fall in your domain
• Be responsible for helping shape the creation of saving strategy and home screen
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product.
• Work with a team of talented product-minded engineers to achieve a common growth goal.
• Have a high attention to detail and can demonstrate working on world class products in your previous roles.

Ideally You

• Have proven experience building a mobile consumer fintech product/s across UK and Europe
• Are a finance enthusiast, with background in the industry and having launched products ideally on mobile apps in the past
• Are able to manage a team of engineers, speaking their language and able to communicate business needs in a constructive & timely way.
• Are able to transmit your enthusiasm to your team and make sure you are all working effectively towards your goal.
• Are excited to work in a startup already disrupting the financial industry and see it grow
