Senior Product Manager

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Plum in the London office. You’ll be expected to deeply understand how users think about money, build features that align to Plum's strategy and vision, to help our customers achieve their wealth goals and to solve customer problems. This role will take on core experience for our product and will drive strategy and experience for it. Your goal is to enable people to do more with their money!

Ideally You Will

• Set the strategy and vision for the products that fall in your domain
• Be responsible for helping creation of home screen and create strategy around user lifecycle and getting users to adopt more of Plum’s products
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product.
• Work with a team of talented product-minded engineers to achieve a common growth goal.
• Have a high attention to detail and can demonstrate working on world class products in your previous roles.

Ideally You

• Have proven experience building a mobile consumer fintech product/s across UK and Europe
• Are a finance enthusiast, with background in the industry and having launched products ideally on mobile apps in the past
• Are able to manage a team of engineers, speak their language and are able to communicate business needs in a constructive & timely way.
• Are able to transmit your enthusiasm to your team and make sure you are all working effectively towards your goal.
• Are excited to work in a startup already disrupting the financial industry and see it grow
