A Senior Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Problems You Will Solve

Architect, articulate, and execute against a strategy to optimize and build foundational platform services that directly affect end user passion for our products (e.g. authentication & communications).
Partner closely with key stakeholders and customers in operations to optimize for operational efficiency within our current tools, while working toward a connected long-term, customer centric internal tools vision.
Embrace the growth hacker mindset: form and validate data-driven hypotheses for improving our internal tools that are used by Customer Success & Verification agents.
Utilize your strong relationships with other Prosper PMs and customers to prioritize your roadmaps.
Perform quantitative and qualitative research, in partnership with User Research, to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap.
Drive independent ad hoc data analysis with the ability to write semi complex queries.
Be able to drive disruptive innovative solutions in a customer centric environment.
Build a vision, strategy, and own a multi-year product roadmap.
Work with internal stakeholders from marketing, legal, operations, and executive management to translate business needs into a product requirements.
Monitor and understand the key metrics governing your product area, with an eye toward continuously improving them through ongoing product innovation.
Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with the development team.
Keep stakeholders updated on project process and trade-offs.
Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders.

All About You

5-8 years of relevant product management experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
You have a strong track record of product management and leadership in high growth organization.
You’ll empower cross-functional teams by setting clear direction, providing context, and removing ambiguity.
You are technically proficient in a relevant space, ideally with experience building products for an internal audience.
You have a history of delivering winning products/features that demonstrate strong traction and customer love. The platform services you create while foundational will absolutely be seen and greatly appreciated by end users.
You have a strong entrepreneurial drive and bias towards action.
You attract strong talent; people want to collaborate and work with you.
Proven ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn a domain.
Proven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive the product forward.
Proven ability to understand the business and engineering sides and get into technical detail.
Ability to assume a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in a fast paced environment.
Excellent project management skills - delivery and action oriented.
Superior communication skills.
