Senior Product Manager, Platform, Acuity Scheduling

We are looking to add a Senior Product Manager, Platform to our Acuity Scheduling group. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love. 

As a leader on this platform team, you will create a vision and tactical roadmap to support five customer-facing product teams. You’ll partner with the product, tech, and design leadership from these and translate their vision into a platform roadmap. You’ll ensure the teams have what they need to accomplish their plans and you’ll think long term to deliver the right foundation for Acuity Scheduling through future growth.

You will report to Acuity’s Head of Product and have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear vision for the platform team that rolls up to the broader Acuity Scheduling vision
• Assess product tradeoffs, develop a comprehensive roadmap, explain a clear viewpoint on platform direction and gain stakeholder support
• Define and communicate short and long term product bets that are aligned with the platform vision and partner product teams
• Partner with engineering, technical program management, and design to ensure we have a reliable, compliant and scalable platform that meets our needs and delights our customers
• Build relationships with engineering and design leader counterparts, team members, UX researchers and product analysts to create extraordinary products
• Help shape the processes and standards for the platform team
• Seek out opportunities to promote your team's work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management experience with platform experience
• Experience with technical systems including data architectures, systems design and integrations
• Ability to break down large, technically complex projects into multi-stage milestones and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals and delivering outstanding user experiences

Cash Compensation Range: $118,000 - $231,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
